I've been following and investing in the industry for many years, and was hoping for a positive change in Take Two.  Their IP is exceptional and the developers have great talent.  But it's just continued mismanagement.

For one thing, why would it take 2.5 to 3 years to get another multiplatform GTA out?  That's unacceptable in this industry.  Instead of Red Dead Revolver, why not put those guys on the new GTA?  Meanwhile, Activision puts out Call of Duty every year and it's now a more profitable franchise than GTA.

EA and ATVI also put a TON of effort into marketing and dealmaking with GME, WMT, BBY and the rest while Take Two items get sold out or get lost in the crowd.  You would think it was a Japanese publisher.  Hell, even the Japanese publishers do a better job marketing a lot of the times.  What this management did to Midnight Club - basically they killed it - was a disgrace considering the ratings earned by the developers.

The criticism can go on and on...
