I have long admired Musk's intellect, still do.  The man has a Midas touch and an Einstein brain.

 

However, I have long thought he is not a good person,  he is simply flawed in that department.  He does not care for others, no respect for regulations and all in all, it is all about him.   Trouble is, he has gotten away with a lot.

 

So just a question:  How do you weigh in on the Outcome of the Tweeter lawsuit:

 

1.- He loses the case and buys tweeter

2.- He loses the case but refuses to comply

3.- He manages to get a new lower price deal 

4.- He wins the case and walks away from the deal
