UBS upgrading both NOK and ALU

From Neutral to Buy.  No link just a headline

Societe General also upped ALU from 'neutral' to 'buy'.   Craig-someone (can't recall partner's name - never heard of them before, in any case. put a $3.75 tgt on ALU.) I feel fortunate to have doubled my position again yesterday, holding 9k shares total now.  Of course, given the current trend  ($3, and now up to $3.80) I'd like a bigger stake. I find it hard to convince oneself psychologically to jump in further at a higher price - given the long term prospects, it would be logical to do so. Given that it went from about $3 to about $4 and back to $3 now risen to $3.80, my previous buy at $3.84 only the next day to have it drop to $3.40 was sobering. INFN revisited, in a more minor way. Speaking of which, I saw a co called, I think, 'optophotoics' rise 18% based on margins rising from 20 to ~29%. Must be a small player. Mini-INFN? Take out target? Who knows.

INFN continues its crazy beta dance - 17's to 20's back and forth with no apparent drivers. Wish it had a 'rideable' cycle. Reminds me of what Jester taught me, and Jon was doing on his own, with ATVI while waiting for the takeover by Blizzard to be consummated  - every day was a profitable, tradeable cycle of hi-low that continued for a good chunk of time, that almost never failed to produce a daily gain.

In any case, while I mull whether to buy again here, or wait for dust to settle, thanks to lt cap for the continual due diligence. A real gift to the board, whether it comes out right, wrong, indifferent.

OTOT I'm wondering why LGF has fallen, and it can't get up. They seem to continue to make synergistic deals with other partners and countries, while they seem to have lost the touch of success for their big movies, which have surely disappointed in quality the last couple years. Wonder if it's as simple as that. I'd like to lighten considerably, as Jester's stance of only holding a possible buyout bid of shares makes sense, but each time it has gotten within range, I end up with the premium, but stock that then falls considerably and languishes. Rinse and repeat - but the cycle is too long to justify the position.
