EA's Peter Moore and an EVP have established trading plans, aka
selling plans, for the next 12 months. There should be more rules
imo regarding how companies abuse buybacks for the short term
enrichment of their execs.

I could not agree more, this is the most abused tool at
management's disposal, and they call it returning money to
shareholders! In few cases it truly is but for the majority
of companies it is mostly used for the benefit of insiders.
This is why I do not like it, I prefer dividends.
