EA tape painting
Someone once again tape painting with EA, For at least the
second time this week someone had to get in with a handful of
shares as soon as pre-market opened, far above the current price.
This morning at 8am EST someone felt they really need to buy 1,000
shares at $69, a full $1 and 1.5% above the previous closing price.
Why? Was it a blatant yet legal manipulation attempt? After a total
4K pre-market volume it was back to unchanged.

Jester,
At the risk of arousing your ire (your current angry 'avatar'
portrait suggests you'd just as soon bust a cap in my ass as look
at me), why must you always be so skeptical and pessimistic?
Occam's razaor - simplest explanation is the most likely - order
was placed by an investor on the island of Tonga, still using a
dial-up 56k telephone modem - showed him the last price EA traded,
around 2002 give or take, at 110 as 'current price' - buying at
$69, he jumped on a 'bargain'. So simple, so clear, no
fear.
