MKM partners upped its PT to $26 from $21. Don't can't recall if these were the people who had a $31, or even a $27.50 PT when times were better, about 3 quarters ago. (I recall some analysts had those higher prices after the 3-qtr CC). Still, signigicantly upped PTs are always welcome.
