OT - Networkers
I haven't checked the news, so I don't know why CIEN and INFN in
particular are getting crushed again. The other day I thought to
joke about INFN going back to where we started, in single digits.
Doesn't seem so funny now. Fair value is.....indecipherable, at
least to me. You'd think this was an opportunity to DCA on some
stocks like NOK. But I don't see what's driving the sector down so
brutally, so I can't tell what signals that we're near a bottom.
It's so tempting but....each day is worse. This really isn't like
the 1987 crush-down, at least in terms of all the factors playing
out in a relatiely short period of time. Britain has a lot to
re-negotiate, and some of that seems to stretch all the way to
2020. So the market is going to have to....learn to live with that
ongoing uncertainty? I saw an article headline that said Scotland's
parliament (I think it was their parliament - I didn't know they
had one) might be a way to cancel the Brexit. 'twould be a day
where the DOW would rocket 800-1000 points, I'd guess. But I don't
think that will happen. My idiot brokerage is showing NOK with a
dividend north of $4. Need to call them and tell them their feed
has a problem.
