OT - CIEN
<p>OT - CIEN - Raymond James upped PT from 23 to 25, hence
the gain towards 22 today. Funny, in looking at news stories now,
the early Sept. CC is seen as 'mixed' and more negative, whereas at
the time it was seen as one of the few opt net. stocks that didn't
mess the bed. Wonder where Jon will re-sell calls..</p>

Still waiting re:CIEN calls. Looking 25 to 32 days out only
getting .70 to .85/sh. (Only 0.60/share for 18 days). I would
want over if not closer to $1 to tie the shares up for ~1 month. Or
I would like to see it run towards 23 and perhaps sell the 23s for
>0.60 if not higher.

Jon,
I feel your pain. Pretty paltry returns on CIEN options. Next CC
will be early December - a long ways off.
One reason I might write them anyway is my fear that it will dip
back into the mid-teens. Not a happy experience.
