<p>OT - NOK </p> <p>So, NOK buys Eta devices, a startup that specializes in amplified power effencies for an undisclosed sum. Sounds like a good fit to me. And today, it's off </p> <p>2-3%. But it doesn't sound like an aquisition is the problem today. So far, all I see is that Europe has a slew of declining stocks "as the telecom stocks retracts. </p> <p>That's a news story? A headline with no explanation?  It's early, I will have to read elsewhere as to the</p> <p>important 'why?' question. With a boatload of NOK, a contraction of 2-3% is a bit of a sting. As lt cap noted, ALU was near 7 when it made holders</p> <p>forced to sell their ALU. That truly sucks, given that I have a big paper loss, but I can't realize it, as I can't time when NOK might get a substantial</p> <p>upward boost.  Suri must be under the pressure to perform. But I'll bet if Putin threatened to annex the other half of the Kola peninsula that is Finland,</p> <p>he might get NOK's act together sooner. (Finland used to be made up of the entire Kola peninsula, but Russia's empiric expansion took half of it. It's </p> <p>why Finland entered WWII on the side of the Nazi's, hoping to reclaim it.  Unfortunately, their army was worse than France's in terms of fighting ability.)</p>
