OT - Read an article where Bill Gates was saying that, given India is/will demonitize their currency, the cheap credit that

comes with it will cause an explosion in digtization (sp?) in a lot of area, including phones and software developed in 

Africa to do things like make your phone into a bank, with the ability to add and withdraw funds (just one example).

Said that cell phone makers will benefit greatly. Not sure if this is any good news for the op/net sector. What NOK gets

from someone else branding their phones. But I'd think we're talking cheap phones that are designed for other

third world countries. I also don't know how much, and when, there would be an infrastructure

build-out to support this 'digital revolution.'
