NOK is reporting the shares
it buys on the day of purchase
NOK issues a PR on every day it repurchases stock, you can check
on the link below. This one is for Friday 9th, however, you
can scroll down and see the PRs of other days. In the
following days it will list more everytime it repurchases share for
the corresponding day. BTW, it looks like the only day NOK did not
repurchase so far is December 6th. That day is a holiday,
Independence Day, see the second link for reference.
