CapEx finally growing this
year
Spirnt, T-Mobile increasing their CapEx. I also saw an
article which I cannot find now where AT&T's CFO mentioned it
would increase its CapEx.

While the CapEx increases are in the mid to high single digit
percentage, this is good to see and it confirms what Suri stated in
the CC.Next year should be incrementally better as companies, will
begin upgrading their networks to 4.9G
