So, Microsoft aims to build their own chips for Azure Servers and their own tablets etc ... it will be based on ARM technology.  This is what I had thought would eventually happen, really does not take a genius to know that the biggest CPU technology company dominating Mobile devices that are very affordable and best in class low power consumption. So it has not taken that long for ARM to produce powerful technology that would easily compete with the expensive and power gungry chips from INTEL.
