Despite insider selling, Pachter has upgraded ATVI today to a $16 price target.  He has also upgraded THQ to $9

One of the Inspirations of Market Rap

Despite a mediocre record of achievement in recommending stocks in the interactive entertainment industry, Michael Pachter has enjoyed the role of most quoted and most followed analyst in the industry for several years.  His ability to catch the attention of journalists with buzz word quotes, catchphrases, and often outlandish predictions gives him tremendous influence.  Whether or not it's deserved depends on who you ask.  It's hard to be unbiased, however...

As long time investors of video game stocks, myself and some others have watched this individual say things that were absolutely outrageous about game companies.  But Pachter is still at it, day in and day out, article after article as if he is an oracle.  It's about that time for a site like this to at least watch over guys like Pachter who have tremendous influence, but very questionable track records.
