Following Microsemi Corporation (MSCC)'s earnings report, Tore Svanberg at Stifel Nicolaus has raised his price target from $25 to $30.  Craig Berger at FBR Capital Margets raised his target from $30 to $31.

However, David Wong at Wells Fargo (WFC) was not as impressed, lowering his rating on Microsemi to "market perform".
